HEATHER OLIVER
Taking Care of Business
After we've determined we're a match made in content heaven, we'll take care of the real fun stuff: proposal/contracts and deposits.
By George, I Think She's Got it!
Next, I'll do a little brainstorming on what we discussed and come up with some brilliant ideas that fit your brand and expectations. I'll then begin compiling research and provide an outline or run-through of the information I've come up with to ensure we're on the same page.
Jumping Down the Rabbit Hole
At this point, words and ideas are swirling in my head tornado-style as I think of how to tell your story in a way that’s credible, informative, and entertaining—code for crushing your competition! I want to make sure everything is awesome, so I drive myself a little crazy! Not to worry, though, there's a method to my madness. I approach my own personal work the exact same way!

In the Home Stretch
In this stage, I've emerged from the rabbit hole victoriously. I've finished my first draft, and whisked it off to you for approval and feedback. I'll make requested changes, if any, and give it one last edit or two before finalizing and submitting to you or uploading directly to your blog—your choice.
I Don't Write and Run
Aside from being awesome, I want the content I write to serve its intended purpose and to serve it well. If we agreed to a specific time and/or revision based on performance, I'll contact you by that date. Even if we don't have an ongoing content project, I still want to know how the article or post is performing. So expect to hear from me to see how things are going.
